Effective February 18, 2013, the Stanislaus Superior Court will implement the following local fee increase to the fees for Guardianship and Conservatorship Investigation Reports both for initial and subsequent reviews from $380. to $500. These fees are determined by each court and are not specifically prescribed in the statewide Uniform Civil Fees Schedule.
