Invitation For Bids (IFB's)

Furniture Repair, Installation, Moving and Design

The Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus (“Court”) is requesting bids from prospective suppliers to provide moves, install, and repair of various furniture systems including but not limited to cubicles and cubicle systems, various furniture such as chairs, desk, cabinets, etc. These installations and repairs could be at any of our Court facilities in Stanislaus County.  Bids must address all of the services described in section 2.0 of this IFB, entitled “Description of Services and Deliverables”, including those items in any referenced exhibits.

Bidders who take exceptions to any of the IFB terms and conditions will be deemed non-responsive and their bid will not be considered.

Please utilize the state prevailing wage rate, published by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). More information can be found at: http://www.dir.ca.gov/PublicWorks/Prevailing-Wage.html

This bid shall result in a contract. It is the Court’s intent to award to a single vendor for a one-year contract with three one-year option terms, for a potential total of four years.

 

Questions regarding the IFB should be submitted in writing to the Court via buyer@stanct.org, no later than May 19, 201 at 12:00 PM PST.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 P.M. (PST) on May 31, 2017.
