The Payment Plan is a program which allows you to make monthly payments on your citation (ticket). If you are interested, you must do one of the following
1. Appear in Court on or before your arraignment date to request a payment plan.
2. Complete the Traffic Payment Plan Contract and the Advisement and Waiver of Rights and Plea Form. Must submit a photocopy of your State Driver's License or State ID Card. After completion please mail the forms, a photocopy of your State Driver's License or State ID Card (ID REQUIRED) and a payment of $35.00 for the first installment fee to:

Caution: If you have failed to appear on your citation and you live in Stanislaus County YOU ARE REQUIRED TO APPEAR TO COURT.
If you have failed to pay on your citation and you are not in collection status the Court will accept the Payment Plan Contract. If your case is in collections you will not be able to participate in the Court's Payment Plan Contract.

PLEASE NOTE: The one time processing fee of $35.00 will be added to your bail and must be paid when setting up your account. Payment plans are set up for completion to occur within 12 months. If you have more than one case you will need to complete a separate Payment Plan Contract and Advisement and Waiver of Rights and Plea Form for each case.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: You MUST include a copy of your Driver's License or State ID (picture identification with address) when you submit the Payment Plan Contract. If you do not send proof of identity your contract will be returned to you.
