Live Stream Hearings

THE COURT IS NO LONGER LIMITING ACCESS TO IN-COURT PROCEEDINGS.  THEREFORE, LIVE-STREAMING IS NOW AT THE DISCRETION OF EACH JUDICIAL OFFICER.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to enforce social distancing requirements, seating inside the courtrooms was limited. In an effort to provide public access to the court, while limiting access during the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided live-stream court proceedings to YouTube. You may use the links below to locate the department you would like to stream; however, not all departments continue to live-stream proceedings.  NOTE: With limited exceptions, court proceedings may not be photographed, recorded, or broadcast. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 1.150(c).) You may not record or rebroadcast any portion of the live-stream, without first obtaining a court order following the procedures set forth in rule 1.150(e). Failure to obtain a court order to record or rebroadcast the live-stream is an unlawful interference with the proceedings of the court and may be the basis for a citation for contempt of court, or an order imposing monetary or other sanctions as provided by law.

The court calendar provides a listing, by name, of the department number and scheduled hearing time for upcoming hearings. Click Here to access the court calendar.
