Transfer Protocol Information
The following is information regarding transfer-in hearings and contact information for the clerks who handle these matters for our court (Juvenile Justice and Dependency)
For Juvenile Justice matters:
- Juvenile Justice Center, Courtroom, and Clerk's office are located at 2215 Blue Gum Avenue, Modesto, CA 95358
- Department 17 - Judge Ruben Villalobos is assigned to this department.
- Juvenile Justice transfer-in matters are heard at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday through Friday, in Department 17.
- Transfer-in matters must be set for hearing in Stanislaus Juvenile Justice Court by the transferring county.
For Juvenile Dependency matters:
- Juvenile Dependency Clerk’s Office and Courtroom are located at 2215 Blue Gum Avenue, Modesto, CA 95358
- Department 18 - Judge Annette E. Rees is assigned to this department.
- Dependency transfer-in matters are heard at 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, in Department 18.
- Transfer-in matters must be set for hearing in Stanislaus Juvenile Court by the transferring county.
