Effective October 1, 2010, Small Claims Night Court will be eliminated due to lack of cases requesting night court dates.

Effective August 2, 2010, Court Clerk Office Hours will be 8:00am – 3:00pm, an extension of one hour. During the 09/10 fiscal year the court was forced to reduce public access hours to the Clerk’s Office due to budget constraints and employee furloughs. After approval of the 10/11 budget, Clerk Office Hours will be adjusted as appropriate. The traffic division, located on Floyd Ave., will continue to stay open until 4pm.

Effective June 17, 2010, the Small Claims and Civil Dvision Clerk's Offices are both located on the 4th floor of the City Towers building. The address is: 801 10th Street, Small Claims Court Trials are heard in Dept. 22, on the 6th floor.
