Mission of the Superior Court of Stanislaus County

           

 We strive to provide fair and effective access to justice for the public, the lawyers who practice and all agencies who utilize court services.  We provide those services impartially, free of bias, ensuring due process rights, and being a responsible steward of public resources and in a safe environment for all.

 

ADA ASSISTANCE - Handicap ramps are available at each court entrance.  For ADA hearing assistance requests please contact (209) 530-3116.  For other ADA requests please complete the form or contact our Human Resources Division (209) 530-3100.  Bring your completed form to 800 11th Street, Rm 100 (use red phone for contact), Modesto.
